Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation will be processed and any eligible payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return of a product if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, misuse, or negligence by the customer.

  • Customized, personalized, or special-order products.

  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted sale items, except where the item was received damaged or defective.

  • Products returned without original packaging or essential components.


4. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Photographs or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review the request and communicate the approval status.

  4. Upon approval, detailed return instructions will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


5. Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Replacement shipments will be dispatched without any additional shipping charges to the customer.

If a replacement product is unavailable, an eligible refund may be processed.


7. Shipping Charges

Customer-Initiated Returns

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Company Error

If the return is due to:

  • A defective product, or

  • An incorrect item shipped by us,

Original shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

  • The customer refused delivery without valid reason,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. Any refund issued in such cases may be adjusted to account for shipping and handling costs incurred.
